Bless Castle big problem

Today at bless castle there were some clan trying to get the castle , in my case aztekaz , we thought that we were going to win but at firs a guy of another clan went ice 2 and reset all, we all tried again to make again our work but this time our mana was so slow , we tried and we were almost there and... AGAIN! I think this is not fair and the first thing to do is fix ice 2 problem and second give a punishment to the clan that did this cheat , i also can say that there was a clan mate in enter of ice 2 making sure people to not going in so... you should do something with this.
