Can we please get some kind of timeline

Can we please get some kind of timeline on for her removal...
It's been over 3 weeks now and still no reply to my email. I only sent 1 other since I didn't want to completely clog up their inbox, but myself and others are starting to get really pissed off...

I waited to have the quest removed when I first got it, as suba had requested that if we didn't need to do a quest we should wait. As a result, I got and continue to get screwed.

I am now lvl 93, cannot do the 90 quest that adds 40 hp and 3 stats per lvl (12 stats now!). On top of that, if I use cash-items for the event, I can't get it removed with them on without losing them, and I doubt suba would refund/restore or w/e...

Can GMs please give SOME kind of timeline of when we can expect this quest to be taken care of so I know when to not use cash items and so people are not so pissed off? Kthx
